`sg cloud ephemeral dashboard` will open the ops dashboard `sg cloud ephemeral ops --name <instance>` will open the ops page for the given instance

sg cloud ephemeralto open specific pages at https://cloud-ops-dev.sgdev.org/dashboard/environments/devChangelog
cloud eph dashboard/dashopens up the cloud ephemeral dashboardcloud eph ops [--name <instance>]opens up the ops page for the deployment of the current branch or for the instance specified as a flagTest plan
