We're only interested in the PUSH_VERSION in Cloud Ephemeral, since I think people will rarely refer to the other tag types
Plus the other tags, just pollute the tag namespace.
So we change the Cloud Ephemeral pushes to only push the
PUSH_VERSIONTest plan
