Requirements:

• for users who install first, and then go through the signup flow:
  • send 50% of users to the "hi" page (today's experience, control)
  • send 50% of users directly to the IDE redirect, bypassing the "hi" page and the "hubspot" page (treatment)
  • Fire a enrollment event ABShortenedSignupFlowForInstalls202404 for users who go through this flow, with metadata = control|treatment
• Don't change the flow for users signing up from the website.
• Don't change anything for users going through the login flow from the IDE. This test is only focused on new signups
