git debuggability: show list of git commands on repo settings page #54997

Description

@mrnugget

This is a first step towards PRFAQ: Improved Git maintenance and debuggability.

We already have a recording command factory, but it currently only records to Redis. We don't ever display those commands anywhere.

First step:

  • Display last X commands on repo settings "Mirroring" page
  • Make sure no credentials and tokens are leaked

Then as the next steps we can worry about rerunning, grouping, etc.
