The customer has reported an issue creating a code monitor on sourcegraph version 5.0.2, the error message says

Failed to create monitor: 2 errors occurred: * driver: bad connection * conn busy

Tried different options like getting search results on email or slack etc and everytime the error is coming on trigger query like below

type:diff is-odd pattertype:literal
type:commit is-odd pattertype:literal

Checked no issues with slack integration or email otherwise.
