  • Introduced dell_pmc.c as a common file for platform drivers [S6100/Z9100].
  • Removed dell_s6100_lpc.c and dell_mailbox.c
  • Changed rules to compile and create .ko file at runtime for both the platfroms.
  • platform_sensors.py - respective hwmon sysfs attributes are changed for compatibility in both platforms

Please, do merge sonic-net/sonic-buildimage#1305 too.. With new hwmon changes, psutil script in sonic-buildimage is need to be updated.
