Description of PR Summary: Enable PR test for 202??? branches. This won't affect master branch PR test, but when a feature branch is branched out from master branch, the PR test will be auto enabled. Enable PR test for feature(202???) branches. This won't affect master branch PR test, but when a feature branch is branched out from the master branch, the PR test will be auto enabled.
