Steps:

1. Send L2 frame with dst mac different from router mac (bogus mac)
2. Verify that l2 frames are getting dropped and not flooded to other subports
3. Verify that l2 frames are not getting lifted to cpu on the src port
4. Repeat steps 1-3 with dst mac set to broadcast mac
5. Repeat steps 1-3 with dst mac set to a server mac on diff subport

Expected result:
L2 forwarding should not happen on subports
