Why I did it
.gitignore in source code root path ignores files in platform/**/debian/* , therefore Celestica Silverstone-X platform deb dependency files are missing in merge and need to upload these files.

Add Celestica Silverstone-X platform deb dependency files.

Add Celestica Silverstone-X platform deb dependency files.
One sensor name needs to be revised.
Ensure to add label/tag for the feature raised. example - PR#2174 where, Generic Config and Update feature has been labelled as GCU.
