Hi,

Would like to know how to enable/disable the COPP feature.
According to the COPP test script in sonic-mgmt:

This script will stopping the LLDP feature and disabling Mellanox copp rate limiting before send out test traffic, not sure this is the correct method to disable the COPP feature or not.

BTW, the shell script "disable_copp_rate_limiting.sh" is no longer exist in sonic-mgmt. So comes another question about what's the status of this script. Is this script still testable now?
