Describe the bug

Some log messages are not parsed correctly (e.g. specifying a snakemake wrapper version that does not exist:

%s, attempt %s/%s failed - retrying in %s seconds...
%s, attempt %s/%s failed - retrying in %s seconds...

Even though the dependency reretry still works, it does not look like it is maintained anymore (last commit was 2 years ago).

Maybe it should be replaced by another one?
