However, the image height is scaled at 30% of monitor height and the width is scaled at 80% of the monitor width (and the image will be scaled appropriately). This will fix slgobinath#866

Also, if the image is too big, we cap it at 30% of monitor height and 80% of monitor width, and scale it appropriately.
