Add configurable constraints to set maximum line and variable/constant name lengths #13
Description
By default, the max line length and max variable/constant name lengths will be infinite.
Restrict name lengths of:
- class
- enum
- enumcase
- struct
- protocol
- element
- function
- label
- setter
- typealias
- type
- variable
- constant
