After reinstalling all the dependencies, I managed to reproduce the same situation. Closing this PR and I will come up with fundamental fix on the issue. |

The Socket Mode related tests started failing today only in GitHub Actions environments for some reason. I know that this is not great at all even as the temporal treatment but for the following pull requests, let me disable those tests until the issue on the GitHub Action side (or we may be able to improve the stability of the tests by updating code).
