The next release of golang, 1.16, will support embedding resources natively without the need to use the external implant tool.

We should make that available as soon as possible, even if that means making our installation instructions different and mandates the most recent version of golang compiler.

I've done the work elsewhere and it is pretty trivial:

• Proof of concept using go-embed rss2email#53
  • This is trivial example.
• 16 embed ephemeris#17
  • This has templates referring to others, so it was a big bigger, but still painless.

Both tested on 1.16beta1.
