This PR fixes errors in encoding and decoding ISO-8601-encoded Date properties. It also adds support for encoding and decoding Decimal fields (dependent on skiptools/skip-foundation#41).
This PR also pins the supabase version to v2.24.1 due to supabase/supabase-swift#636.
