rvm now uses pl352 for 1.8.7 as default.

the current patchset for 1.8.7 doesn't apply cleanly to pl352, because the gods have decided to finally remove the logger code dependency on subversion.

so we need to provide to versions of the 1.8.7 patchset.

note that pl352 fixes a GC related memory corruption problem, so everyone will want that version.
