Addresses #13

Future enhancements could include autocompletion of table and column names, e.g. with

extraKeys: {"Ctrl-Space": "autocomplete"},
hintOptions: {tables: {
      users: ["name", "score", "birthDate"],
      countries: ["name", "population", "size"]
    }}
