Default built image size over Zeit Now 100MiB limit

Using `dataset publish now` with no other custom options on a small (43KB) sqlite database leads to the error "The built image size (373.5M) exceeds the 100MiB limit". I think this is because of a recent Zeit change: https://github.com/zeit/now-cli/issues/1523
