Inspired by the improvement in:

• Table column cog menu should respect edge of the browser window #2263

I want the table and database cog action menus to feel less detached from their icons. Currently:

Two options:

• The menu should show up next to the cog
• The cog should move to the left so it's always in the same place

I actually prefer option two - it bothers me that the cog icon shows up at different x co-ordinates each time depending on the length of the database or table name.
