Hi. Not a big issue, but every time I shut down Windows 10 now, the shutdown is delayed by this message popping up.

I've been using the proxy for a long time now, and it never used to do this.
It started a month or so ago, and I've only just got around to asking about it!
Is that expected behaviour?
I only ask because it hasn't always done it, and as far as I know, when the message first appeared nothing had been changed.
