Summary

Triggering stage on FFMPEG Video Sink stalls if "Embed Close Captions" is ticked.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a quick project with valid tbc/db
2. Tick "Embed Close Captions" in FFMPEG Video Sink parameters
3. Trigger FFMPEG Video Sink Stage

Expected behavior

Decoding starts, frame count is increasing

Actual behavior

1. "Starting trigger..." forever.
2. Canceling and unticking "Embed CC" is not enough. Retrigger will still stall.
3. Quitting+restarting decode-orc is required
