Problem

It would be useful to allow adjustment of the chroma decoder parameters "live" in the video output sinks to allow the user to experiment with different processing options.

Proposed solution

An additional sink stage modal supporting the available parameters for the currently selected video format (PAL, NTSC, etc.)
