- Make the GossipsubRpc Debug instance a bit nicer by hiding empty fields
- Centralize sending messages to other peers, reducing boilerplate
- Simplify the arc removal code
Basically just don't show empty components to reduce visual noise
…late This also serves to have a central place to log or otherwise intercept all outgoing messages to other peers of the behaviour.
