There have been some additions to the mainnet bootnodes recently:

• Update mainnet bootnodes for Lodestar eth-clients/mainnet#2

We may also be missing some of the other bootnodes from that repo. We should do a wholesale update (can just copy bootstrap_nodes.yaml to boot_enr.yaml)
