…sion The CI builds on ubuntu-24.04 which provides libddcutil5, so the released binary already links against libddcutil.so.5. The control file was still declaring libddcutil4, preventing installation on Debian Trixie and Ubuntu 24.04+. Also adds a README note that 1.5.0 is the last release supporting distros with libddcutil4 (ddcutil 1.x / Debian Bookworm and older).
