Flask application sending user text alert reminders to take their prescription meds.
The user will take a picture of the pill bottle, text that picture to the Twilio number, and wait for text alert reminders on when to take the next dose.
Integrates Twilio API for SMS reminders and Cloud Vision API for computer vision.
