wrong numbers of sequence with seqkit stats, split, etc (v 2.10.1) #550

Description

@uguyet

Hello,

I found a bug in the last version of seqkit. I have a fasta file containing 488,131 sequences.

However, seqkit stats (v2.10.1) tells me that my file contains 409,837 sequences. I have the same problem when I use the “seqkit split” command.

I tested with Seqkit 2.8 and previous versions, and I do indeed find 488,131 sequences with “seqkit stats.”

Kind regards,
Ulysse
