Looks like [lgtm.co](https://lgtm.co) is gone...  I unfortunately must have missed their discontinuation warnings. It looks like we'll have to remove the service. We need to: - [x] remove the hooks for PRs - [x] remove the lgtm-related files (`.lgtm` and `MAINTAINERS` should be the only ones I think)
