Note: Korean Windows uses YYYY-MM-DD format by default

In Korean locale, "Create Timer" window inserts #YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss# instead of #YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss#, causing the parser to think it as a invalid color string.
