We've merged 124 non-dependabot pull requests and closed 20 issues since our previous update.

Release status

While our current development focus continues to be on migrating Shadow's C code to Rust, we continue to fix bugs and improve compatibility in the meantime. Last month we released Shadow 2.3.0, which includes many such improvements. See the release notes for details.

Shadow in Tor

 
With arti:634 merged, we now use Shadow in arti's continuous integration tests! arti:915 later extended it to exercise arti's bridge support and validate that arti doesn't communicate with anything other than the configured bridge.
