PR to update CI tests with Qwen3 models.

Fixes #6074

Modifications

  1. Updated test/srt/models/test_qwen_models.py with Qwen3 models.
  2. Updated test/srt/models/test_generation_models.py with Qwen3 models.

Hey, I love this PR. I think we should keep one Qwen 2.5 model and one Qwen 3 model in per-commit CI. And for local test, we can add more models. Do you agree with this?
