Motivation
This is an initial integration of MORI-EP, intended as a temporary solution for enabling quick runs on the
amd_moribranch. A fully validated and formal integration will be submitted to the main branch in a future update.MORI-EP is a high-performance all-to-all communication kernel for AMD GPUs. For more details, see the MORI project. MORI also provides support for CUDA Graph.
