Implement parsing/serialization for `grid-template-{row,columns}`

They [both](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-grid/#propdef-grid-template-rows) take `none | <track-list> | <auto-track-list>` (the parsing code for "track list" thingy may be a nightmare).
