- Bumped Stroma to 0.4, Async to 2.35.2, and Prism to 1.8.0 in Gemfile.lock. - Upgraded Bundler to 4.0.3 and Ruby version to 3.4.8. - Refactored DSL registry in `Servactory::DSL` to use `Stroma::Matrix` for streamlined registration. - Updated `.ruby-version` and `.tool-versions` for new Ruby version.
