- Updated GitHub Actions workflow to include `4.0.0-preview2` in the Ruby version testing matrix. - Ensured backward compatibility by retaining existing Ruby versions.
- Updated GitHub Actions workflow to exclude Rails `7.0` from the testing matrix. - Simplified the configuration by limiting Ruby version `3.5.0-preview1` testing to fewer Rails versions.
- Updated GitHub Actions workflow to exclude unsupported Rails versions for `3.5.0-preview1` and `4.0.0-preview2`. - Prevents unnecessary CI failures by skipping incompatible gemfile-Ruby combinations.
- Bumped `actions/checkout` from v4 to v6 in both `rubocop.yml` and `test.yml`. - Updated `github/codeql-action/upload-sarif` from v3 to v4 in `rubocop.yml`. - Ensures the workflows use the latest, more stable versions of these actions.
