Description
tw compute-envs view ...command fails for GLS CEs when using the binary executable (broken as a side-effect of #570). Although it's unlikely that CEs of that kind are retrieved, given that GLS is deprecated, this PR restores support for that, avoiding the obscure error.runtask to support execution of commands and the ability to optionally enable the tracing agent in a similar vein to how it is supported for tests.Guidelines for testing
