Bug description
Drag and dropping the Windows Photos application shows the photo application at first, but after moving the Multrin window (or adding another application - actually.. whenever you do something with Multrin) the Photos Application hides behind the Multrin window.

To Reproduce
Step 1: Open a photo with Windows Photos.
Step 2: Open Multrin and drag and drop the Window Photos application from step 1
Step 3: Move Multrin Window (click and hold the title bar to move it)
The photo application is no longer rendered. It always goes behind the Multrin application.

Expected behavior
After step 3 (or after moving Multrin) the Windows Photos application should still be rendered before the Multrin window.
