Caused by:
Is a directory (os error 21)
- Wait for SWC fixes this issue (swc-project/swc@85cc2bd)
- Upgrade SWC to the fixed version (https://github.com/sensiolabs/AssetMapperTypeScriptBundle/blob/main/src/Tools/TypeScriptBinaryFactory.php)
