Update changelog before release it. I was unable to push a new changelog. CHANGELOG isnt allowed to be edited in a fork, only in the original fork.

Update changelog before release it.
I was unable to push a new changelog (see .github/workflows/ci.yml).
I put it when i was the owner of original repository, but i think it will be useful to maintain it.
