Changelogs do not seem to contain breaking changes.
Actually maybe we could remove this dependency altogether? At one point in time i think it was needed to read some weird version of PKCS but I don't know if that will be ever needed again.
IIRC cloud connection examples do not use configuration packages anymore. Can we delete the code related to them or is it still worth keeping? It's the only part that uses this dependency. @dkropachev.

It is serverless, let's drop it.
