Hmm, with macos 13 soon gone there aren't any intel mac runner available that are free to use :/ Both macos14 and macos15 intel ones require a paid entreprise or teams plan.

We can drop testing and building for intel macs :/

I think we can use cibuildwheel to cross compile wheels and probably in conda builds too but haven't tested them.

I'm closing this for now, let's see if github brings in a free tier version for running ci on intel mac when they retire macos-13 later this year.
