We will have to monitor certain area of the timepix sensor to avoid 0 counts in any pixels of the area, and time bin.
As we are collecting (probably) x, y position of hits, not just pixel id, we can always rebin the spatial coordinates.

There are two ways of doing this.

• User set a minimum resolution they want to achieve and as data is accumulated, (beamlime or another service dedicated for this) report if it is achieved.
• (Beamlime or another service dedicated for this) Reports the maximum resolution it can achieve without having any 0 counts pixels in the certain area.

The step between different resolutions can be just doubled from the previous ones so,
1, 2, 4, 8, 16, ..., 512, 1024 ...

And time binning, we can have a few of preset ones.
