FantasyPros has changed the URL to their point projections. The latest update (v1.5) corrects the URL. However some users still may have some problems. One solution might be logging into fantasypros via Excels browser. Steps to do that are below:
Important steps to get the player projections to work:
- Go to the "Data" tab in Excel and then select "Connections".
- Select "FPProjections" and click the "Properties" button.
- Go to "Definition" and then "Edit Query..."
- This will open the projections page. Select "yes" a ton of times.
- Once you click through the pop-up hell, hover your mouse over the left hand side and move up and down until you see "Log In".
- Select that and login to fantasypros with your credentials.
From there you can hit cancel in the bottom left. This should work but I have been unable to properly test it. Report here if this doesn't work. You should only need to do these steps once.
