Adds link to Model Complexity Influence from User Guide Computational performance.

This example (model complexity influence) may not need to be linked in the API. I noticed that someone tried to link it here: #30201 but in the end it wasn't added.

Hi @StefanieSenger: As discussed, here is a PR before the pyLadies Berlin event.
I'll try to do another from the second meta-issue.

Hi @DeaMariaLeon,

thanks for going through the process of this PR for the sprint. I agree with you that this example might not be linked, since it is linked via the image a few lines above. (We have #30596 to make this more visible.)

This is also a finding and I will take the example off the list.
