@ianna looks great! Today they were doing some maintenance on the Princeton cluster and it seems like the GPU test are not working properly. I'll have to look into it. You could go ahead and merge it if you would prefer to not wait, since this shouldn't have an effect on the GPU side.

numba 0.63.0andllvmlite 0.46.0(Python 3.14 support) - final releases are scheduled for Monday, December 8th.
