Settings for Edit -> Substitutions

• Smart Copy/Paste
• Smart Quotes
• Smart Dashes
• Data Detectors
• Text Replacement

Cannot be turned off globally via the apps Settings dialog box.

They always revert to selected when opening MacDown, even if they have previously been turned off and the open document saved.

Same issue with the Edit -> Spelling and Grammar settings. There needs to be a way to configure each item in the list so they stick across application launches.
