New flags may be specified to perform atals-based relaxation correction (opts.quantify.RelaxationAtlas & opts.quantify.RelaxationAtlasAge). The atlas NIfTI and lookup table are saved in a subfolder of the quantify directory. This will need to be downloaded and manually selected if the compiled version is used.
