Using self type of a package object during method return type inference triggers infinite loop #7216
Description
When comiling the code, compiler gets stuck. Ctrl+C'ed after 10 minutes.
Reproducible using:

cd ScaLogic && git reset --hard 44eba4220c9 && mvn test
