Description
Fixes numerous errors in the updater, mostly caused by queries not verifying tables / columns exist before attempting to add them. Also fixed a couple of malformed queries.
Motivation and Context
Friend was unable to update his SourceBans and asked me to help him fix it.
How Has This Been Tested?
His Sourcebans was sucessfully updated without error.
